This initiative empowers women from San Cristóbal as leaders in marine conservation by combining aquatic skill development, field trips, legal training, and the creation of an educational platform with a gender-based approach. The intervention will be carried out in phases, including assessment, training, digital implementation, monitoring, and outreach—ensuring the active participation of local women as key agents of change in conservation and socio-environmental resilience.
