Galápagos Life Fund inaugurated its new office on San Cristóbal Island

The Galápagos Life Fund officially inaugurated its new office on San Cristóbal Island, a space that will strengthen the Fund’s institutional presence in the archipelago and support closer coordination with authorities, strategic partners, and local stakeholders working toward the conservation and sustainable development of Galápagos.

The opening of this office marks an important milestone in the GLF’s institutional strengthening process, enabling stronger territorial coordination, closer project follow-up, enhanced inter-institutional collaboration, and deeper engagement with the communities benefiting from the initiatives supported by the Fund.

 

The inauguration took place as part of the GLF’s third anniversary celebrations and brought together members of the Board of Directors, strategic partners, and representatives of institutions involved in conservation efforts across the islands.

More than a physical space, this office represents a shared commitment to continue building partnerships and generating lasting impact for the conservation of Galápagos.
