Project Summary:

This project responds to concerning child malnutrition rates in Galápagos, where undernutrition, overweight, and obesity coexist among children aged 4 to 11. The proposal introduces an innovative and scalable food system that incorporates locally sourced fish into school nutrition, strengthening both student health and the economy of artisanal fishers.
