Project Summary: 

This project promotes selective tuna fishing with pole-and-line using Fish Aggregating Devices (FADs), while strengthening local enterprises such as Del Mar al Campo, dedicated to transforming fish by-products into organic fertilizers. It also encourages responsible markets through the EcoGourmet program, which connects fishers with restaurants, tour operators, and consumers, fostering sustainable consumption and value-added fisheries.
